This issue is typically caused by pop-up blocker software. If you are running any pop-up blocker software, it must be configured to allow pop-ups from www.ll2go.com. Please consult with the product vendor of your particular pop-up blocker software for configuration instructions. For those using the integrated pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer that comes installed with Windows XP SP2, please follow the instructions below. 1. When you see the window stating " The web page you are viewing is trying to close the window", select the No button. 2. When you do this, you will notice below the Internet Explorer toolbar a message stating " Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here". Click on this message and a drop-down menu will appear. Select " Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site" from the drop-down menu. 3. A confirmation window will appear asking you if you would like to allow pop-ups from 'www.ll2go.com'. Click on Yes. 4. The window asking you if you would like to close the window will once again appear. This time select Yes. You should be able to access your account now. From now on, when logging into www.ll2go.com, click on Yes in the window asking you if you would like to close the window that appears when you log into www.ll2go.com.
