Where do I enter my Laplink Everywhere serial number(s)?
Answer
Each Laplink Everywhere serial number entitles you to install the software on one host computer.
Please enter only ONE PC serial number (and ONE URC serial number, if needed) for
each PC you install Laplink Everywhere on. The format should be three groups of 4 characters each,
totalling 12 characters
In order to assign a serial number to a computer, follow these steps:
- Your serial numbers are on the CD sleeve of a physical boxed purchase or can locate your serial
numbers by logging into the
My Downloads section of your Laplink My
Support account.
NOTE: You can download Laplink Everywhere from this page, but it is not necessary
if you already have it installed on the host computer.
- Once you've located your serial numbers, login to your
Laplink Everywhere web page
(www.ll2go.com)
- Click the
My Account tab.
- In the Your PCs section, click on the
Enter Serial # button in the
PC Serial # column next to the computer you are wanting to assign the serial
number.
- Enter your LLE serial number in the popup window that appears. The format should be three
groups of 4 characters each, totalling 12 characters.
- Click Submit to assign that serial number to this computer account.
- If you have a Unlimited Remote Control (URC) serial number, click the
Enter Serial # button in the
RC Serial # column next to the computer you are wanting to assign the serial
number.
- Enter your RC serial number in the popup window that appears. The format should be three groups
of 4 characters each, totaling 12 characters.
- Click Submit to assign that serial number to this computer account.
