Question

When I use the 'Back' button on my browser, I get a 'Page Expired' message

Answer

Click the Refresh button. To display a Web page, your browser must make a connection to the server where the Web page resides and send an HTTP request for data. At some point after your browser receives the data from the server and displays it (depending on your browser configuration), the HTTP request for the data times out. Thus, when you get the 'Page Expired' message, your browser is telling you that your original HTTP request has timed out and that your browser must re-POST the data.
