Why does PCmover create a Moving Van only in 4 GB file increments?

This file size restriction is caused by your hard drive's file system, which is very likely a FAT32 file system. The following two articles provide more information on the FAT file system and its size restrictions when creating files:

If you want to create a Moving Van or any other file larger than 4 GB on a hard drive, you would need to use a hard drive that has the NTFS file system.
