Long Range Link Connects Computers

It sounds too good to be true, but, with one caveat, this software will let you safely call up your
main computer using a Web browser from anywhere in the world.

It is designed to let users sync their Outlook or Outlook Express e-mail accounts, calendars and
contact lists, as well as to download/upload files from/to the host for whomever calls up with the
password.

The caveat: The response is far slower than working on a live computer. Speed aside, Laplink
Everywhere 4.0 performed rock solid in tests of each feature. It's been my best experience ever
with one of these Web-based remote transfer programs.

Working with e-mail, calendars and contact lists in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express is done by
clicking a system of icons that order the data on the host computer to appear on the screen of the
remote caller's browser.

One can write and send new e-mails and read one's inbox, as well as work both ways with
calendars, to-do lists, contacts and other pursuits.
