Making the move to Windows 7 more simple. I'm Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on
gadgets and gear. With the release of Windows 7 this week....Microsoft is giving PC users a real
reason to upgrade. It is that much better. But....Microsoft has not made it so simple to upgrade a
PC you have already....unless you are moving from Vista...to an equal version of Windows 7. That's
where LapLink's PC Mover can help. VP and chief operating officer Randy Clark...
"So if you're running Windows XP and you want to upgrade your computer to Windows 7, we allow
you to install PC Mover. It runs and sort of collects an inventory of what's on that computer.
You're then allowed to install Windows 7 without reformatting. You then reinstall PC Mover, you run
it again and we restore everything. "
Pricing starts at about twenty dollars. You can find us with archives, interviews and more at
BootCamp.com. I'm Fred Fishkin.
