Where do I find my activation key?
 ANSWER
If you purchased the downloadable version of the software...
At the time of purchase a serial number and unlock key are generated and will appear on the final order confirmation page that shows your purchase information. The unlock key is 54 characters long and the serial number is 16 characters long. We recommend that you use the Windows copy and paste feature to paste the serial number and key into the appropriate fields.
You can also find the serial number and key by logging into your Laplink My Support account and clicking on "My Downloads".
Important: If you originally used the trial version, but then purchased the software directly from our online store instead of using the "Buy Now" option, then you must:
- Uninstall the trial version of LapLink.
- Download and install LapLink by following the instructions in the e-mail provided to you after you made the purchase.
If you purchased the boxed version of the software...
Activation of the software will require that you first register your product on our website. After you register, your activation key will be generated and e-mailed to you.
You can also find the serial number and key by logging into your LapLink My Support account and clicking on "My Downloads" (on the left side).
