When you launch the software you will see a Reminder window pop up, which will show the option to Enter Key or Activate Now. Please take these steps:

1. Select the Enter Key option.
2. A new window entitled Enter Key will appear asking for your serial number and activation key. Both of these items can be located by logging into your My Support account and clicking on the My Downloads link on the left side of the page.
3. You should copy and paste the serial number and key into the appropriate fields in the Enter Key window. Note: If you receive an error stating the serial number/key is invalid, try removing the dashes in the serial number (so it is one continuous string). Once this information is entered into the appropriate fields, click on OK. Do not click on Activate Now!Your product should now be activated.
