How does LapLink Gold compare to Internet browser-based remote control services?
 ANSWER
LapLink Gold is designed to offer a complete software solution for connecting computers. Due to a number of technology limitations inherent in Web-based remote control services, there are critical remote access features that LapLink Gold can offer that no web-based service alone can offer. For example LapLink Gold can be set up to automatically load on a remote computer so that either scheduled or unscheduled rebooting of the remote computer can be accomplished. In addition, because LapLink Gold is running on both computers a number synchronization features can be enabled including automatic scheduling unattended synchronizations and SpeedSync delta-compression transfers.
