How can I make sure that files I've already deleted aren't recreated when I synchronize that computer with another PC?
 ANSWER
You can do this in a variety of ways. Choose the method that is best for you. You can set the one-way transfer option to only allow synchronization to flow in one direction. Or, you can preview your transfer and skip transfers of unwanted files. Finally, you can create an exact copy of one folder onto another machine, using Clone Folder.
