Laplink Gold 11.5 - FAQ's
QUESTION
The purchase of LapLink Gold 11.5 includes 1 complimentary scheduled support call (1 hr maximum) available by appointment only.
ANSWER
All other Phone support is fee-based. The fee is $30 per hour, per issue with a 1 hour minimum that must be paid at the start of your support call. At the end of the call, the technician will provide the total cost for the support call and, if the call exceeds the initial 1 hour, charge the remaining due at half hour increments using the credit card information supplied at the beginning of the support call.
