 QUESTION
How do I enable the ShareDirect Instant Message feature?
 ANSWER
Open the “My Contacts” window by right-clicking on the ShareDirect icon in the system tray and choosing "My Contacts". In the “My Contacts” window, double-click the name of the member you want to send an instant message to. This will launch the ShareDirect Instant Message window.
OR
From any ShareDirect folder, select the “Members” tab and click on "My Contacts". Double click the member’s name and select “Send Instant Message” from the drop-down menu.
