QUESTION

What do I do if a member invites me to share a folder, but I have no files I want to share with them?



ANSWER

If you want to be able to view and download the member’s files, but you don’t currently have files of your own that you want to share, you can create an empty folder and use this when accepting the member’s invitation. This will establish a one-way file sharing connection, where you’ll be able to view and download the contents of their folder but they will not be able to view or download any files from you. You can drop files into this empty folder to share with the member at any time in the future.
