 QUESTION
What happens if I lose my Internet connection before I finish downloading files?
 ANSWER
Once an Internet connection has been re-established, ShareDirect will automatically reconnect and begin downloading only the remaining portion of the files.
For instance, if you are downloading a 50 MB file and you lose your connection after 40 MB have downloaded, ShareDirect will continue downloading the last 10 MB the next time you establish a connection.
