1. Log into your My Support Account and click on the My Subscriptions link on the left or go to the following web page directly: http://www.laplink.com/mysupport/mysubscriptions.asp

2. Click on the Change button next to your Laplink Everywhere entry
3. Use the "Click here to cancel your subscription" link at the bottom of the new window and follow the on-screen instructions.
