How do I get an updated version of TrueSync Plus?

SOLUTION

Your TrueSync Plus installation came with the Starfish Installer program. This program can update your copy of TrueSync Plus by connecting to our server via the Internet, and automatically downloading and installing the latest version of TrueSync Plus and the accessors.
To run Starfish Installer, just go to Start | Programs | TrueSync Plus and select Product Updates.
Newer versions of TrueSync Plus will also have a "Product Update" choice in the Help menu. Clicking this choice will also run Starfish Installer.
Starfish Installer will connect to the Internet, contact our server, and obtain the latest version of our software. You will be presented with a list of components that TrueSync Plus synchronizes with. Choose the ones you want, and let Starfish Installer download and install them.

Please note: Starfish Installer was not included in copies of TrueSync Plus that shipped with the REX or REX PRO, nor was it included in the copies of TrueSync Plus. for an FAQ on how to contact Intel for the Installer.
