Phone support is a fee based support option. It is available by appointment only. The fee is $30 per hour, per issue with a 1 hour minimum that must be paid at the start of your support call.

Call 1-800-LAPLINK and press OPTION 1
M-F 8:00am-5pm PST

At the end of the call, the technician will provide the total cost for the support call and, if the call exceeds the initial 1 hour, charge the remaining due at half hour increments using the credit card information supplied at the beginning of the support call."
