• Windows 98SE/Me/NT 4.0/2000/XP(Home & Professional)/2003
• 16MB RAM
• 6MB of free hard disk space.
• Internet connection
• (Optional) Microsoft Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2002 to access Email, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, and Tasks

Required on the PC you will use to access your remote PC must include:

• Internet Explorer 5.1 or higher
• Internet connection
• (Optional) Ability to download ActiveX Controls

Required on the web-enabled handheld device you will use to access your remote PC must provide a web browser running:

• Windows Mobile, PocketPC, or CE
• Palm OS
• Symbian OS
